What is your life mantra?
Use every no as a stepping-stone to success. Turn every no into a yes through your journey.
What was the most challenging part of your journey till now?
When life as I always knew it nearly came to an end when I was diagnosed with cancer just after returning from the UK when I was 22.

Share some details about the investments that you have been able to fetch for the business till now.
Initially I had the thought of running business with personal savings but soon I realized that getting funding from third parties was a more pragmatic way to run a startup. With the support of my co-founder Sudheer’s support, we luckily got associated with YouWeCan ventures and it added great value to our venture. Although it’s difficult to get such funding but in our case we went through the process quite lithely. After garnering preliminary interest the discussion then was literally a phone call of some 50 mins through which the synergies from this investment were very clear to all including us and the brand-Yuvraj Singh.
How do you protect yourself from the problem of Brain Drain?
Thankfully we are still not that large an organization to worry about the problem of brain drain. For now we are a small close knit team who are all passionate about what we do and the impact we are creating in our target market. With clear alignment of the employee interest with the organizations including through a stock option plan- we all hope to grow together and be in this for the long run.
