Being passionate about protecting the environment, Amishi conceptualized The Upcycle Co, which involves using waste vinyl records as they are made from a highly toxic plastic called PVC that cannot be recycled. The Upcycle Co makes coasters, key chains, book ends, clocks, bookmarks and other unique products from this, but plans to expand their range of products soon.
Jugal Anchalia did B. Tech. in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. Upon realizing that technology is not being used in healthcare, Jugal conceptualized JustDoc, which enables patients to do online consultations with highly qualified and experienced doctors via its website & app. JustDoc is also being called as “Skype for patients” as well-qualified doctors with years of consultation experience interact with the patient online to diagnose their medical problems.
